Shim Jang Taekwondo North Mackay is open to new members seeking a safe environment in which to train and learn traditional martial arts. Our members’ age from 5yrs thru to retirees and we offer a teaching support network that is second to none. Mackay MMA is a locally owned Martial Arts, Recovery & Fitness Gym. Specialist Cheerleading & Dance School training cheerleaders and dancers of all abilities ages 4 - 18yrs. Our Mackay athletes train in recreational classes for fun and skill development or competitively to represent Adrenalin at many events across Australia and overseas. We are locally owned and have been providing these services to our local athletes since 2005. Our club has won numerous regional, national and international events and we compete in Levels 1-5 of allstar cheerleading. We pride ourselves on our club being a truly inclusive team environment where our athletes are supported, encouraged and motivated to enjoy the benefits our amazing sport has to offer!
