About

Our Restaurant is open to the public 7 days a week. Pop in for a hearty breakfast and Barista coffee or try one of our homemade sweets. We are told by our customers we make the best iced coffees and milkshakes in town. We offer breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with a great variety of light meals through to superbly cooked steaks, local seafood and our very own locally produced Mansfield Park free range pork, bacon and ham. Our restaurant uses the best local produce sourced in our region. Bookings and walk-ins are welcome. Please note Monday to Saturday after 5:00pm bookings required as our kitchen closes at 7.00pm, however the Restaurant and Bar stays open much later. Air-conditioned for your comfort, TV, free WiFi, and clean toilets.

Sarina Sugar Shed Tourist attraction

Sarina Sugar Shed is an award winning attraction offering an authentic paddock-to-plate food tourism experience that explores the journey of sugar production, from sugarcane to our finished distilled products and homemade condiments. Through daily guided tours, they demonstrate the process of turning the raw sugar cane plant into both crystallised sugar ready for refining and ethanol for alcohol. The journey ends with tastings of the products they produce which highlight the many delicious uses of sugar, including signature rum and fruit liqueurs made in their boutique distillery, plus a range of gourmet condiments, non-alcoholic ginger beer and fairy floss. With a café and retail store, Sarina Sugar Shed is true food tourism experience.
