Bliss Pilates Studio

Pilates instincts was established in 2017 by a knowledgeable and now retired International Principal Ballet Dancer. He is a Certified Pilates Instructor that has been practicing the Pilates Method for 25 years. Pilates Instinct is located in the heart of Northern Beaches Mackay. Its objective is to facilitate one to awaken their senses and connect the mind to the body’s natural ability to flow and move. Programs will comprehensively strengthen your core, correct alignment problems, assist in the rehabilitation from injuries, improve your fitness, and importantly aid in the prevention of injuries and stress.

Contro Pilates and Yoga is a completely different studio experience. Combining the practices of Matwork Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Barre all into one studio, we facilitate meaningful movement and an improved mindset.

PILATES 2 U is a small boutique studio that offers 1.1 sessions, Private Group Classes,Mat work Classes and Circuit classes. Classes are designed to be a fun and functional, building Core strength as well as getting a whole body workout. You will find muscles you didn’t know existed!! Designed for all levels beginners to intimidate. Private group bookings and 1.1 sessions are made through private message. Mat classes and Circuit Classes are available to book online.
